Associate Account Manager


Insight Media Labs is a digital marketing and advertising firm serving companies and media organizations as their digital back-end for campaign strategy, creative builds, planning and traffic. Exceeding our customers’ expectations with superior campaign results and stellar customer service is what we do. We are seeking a highly self-motivated rockstar. The Associate Account Manager will be involved in every aspect of the customer lifecycle; onboarding and training, campaign strategy and management, analysis and operational implementation.   • Take end-to-end ownership of client digital ad campaigns
  • Conduct training with customers to teach them about and how to use the IML ad order and analytics platforms and workflows
  • Produce ad campaign proposals at the request of digital ad sales teams
  • Review and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Oversee client creative requests to insure quality design and approval process
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA/BS (or equivalent life experience)
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in the digital advertising or related field
  • Client-facing role preferably in advertising, local media, adtech or martech space
  • Strong computer and SaaS platform experience
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Google
  • Hyper-organized with ability to manage many projects/tasks
  • Self-starter with an instinct to take action
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where you want to have a direct impact on the success of the company





Sales Lead


We are looking for an accomplished hunter and closer with experience in selling innovative and disruptive solutions.

  • Understand potential clients’ business goals and convey how Insight Media Labs can help to reach those business goals.
  • Create and drive new business in a specified and varied segment, owning the full sales cycle.
  • Accurately forecast and drive business that grows revenue at a hockey stick rate.
  • Call on media organizations, agencies, corporates and third-party partners.
  • Network to expand sales effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with product, technology, and customer service team to improve overall business success.




Marketing Lead


  • Define clear personas of target customers and audiences and identify data sources to reach these segments.
  • Communicate clear value proposition of products and features, defining the benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Build launch strategies for products and campaigns that fully articulate what makes IML solutions an imperative.
  • Educate our community: produce customer-facing content including; webinars, data sheets, solution guides, social posts, demo videos, and more.
  • Create compelling and easy to understand internally facing content including sales training, case studies, competitive positioning, FAQs.
  • Build the secret formula for generating qualified leads.
  • Track, measure, report and own your numbers.

  • Proactively build and manage new and existing relationships with clients.
  • Manage daily execution of campaigns and client related deliverables.
  • Analyze performance data and provide interpretation and strategic steps to meet goals.
  • Facilitate and coordinate campaign execution between all teams.
  • Understand client’s business needs and provide clients with recommendations to achieve stated goals.
